PQQ and ITT Check Service
Spending significant time on Pre Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) can be very frustrating if you are not getting through to Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage. If your organisation has the capacity to deliver the service, goods, or works then there is no reason why you shouldn’t be getting to ITT stage 100% of the time. Why not send us your PQQ and we can quality check the submission and make improvements? This service has been very popular with clients, as many were submitting up to 10 PQQs a month, and getting through to ITT just 30% of the time. With most of our clients we have got this up to at least a 70% success rate.

Bid 365 is our new service launched in 2012. Through this service we can allocate a multi-skilled consultant to your organisation for 1-5 days a week for a period of a year. Most of our new and existing clients who have switched to this service have commissioned 1-2 days a week.
The added value over recruiting your own full-time employee is that you will have an experienced individual who not only has high level writing skills, but will also be able to support on a strategic level; it’s good to see them more as a bid director.
Bid 365 is mainly used by smaller organisations who may not want to employ a full-time bid writer/manager, and larger SMEs who may have grown significantly with their private sector work, but haven’t previously bid for public sector contracts. The consultant will come in and support you in developing all of the policies, systems, procedures, and practical data to get the organisation ‘tender ready’. They will then act as a conduit, managing the writing process between the host organisation and Encompass Consultancy’s internal bid writing team.
We will manage the full process: opportunity identification, consulting with you to determine bid/no bid criteria, writing the PQQ, ITT, or RFQ, submission, and logging feedback. We like to see the relationship as an outsourcing of your ‘Public Sector Division’. We can deliver this service for the cost of a bid writer/manager, without the complexity of Employment Law, National Insurance and PAYE, pension, SSP, and supervision in the workplace.
We are committed to transparency, so we will only work with one key client per sector/region, and we never complete the same tender for two organisations. We build our company on developing long-term sustainable relationships with a smaller number of key clients.
