Encompass have recently won contracts to help employers develop relevant skills for their workforces in the North Yorkshire and Greater Lincolnshire areas.

The aim of the Employees Support in Skills and Skills Support for the Workforce programme is to support equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in formal/informal settings, upgrading knowledge, skills and competencies of the workforce.

About SSW

The aim of the Employees Support in Skills and Skills Support for the Workforce programme is to support equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in formal/informal settings, upgrading knowledge, skills and competencies of the workforce.

The service will support sustainable employment, promote in-work progression of employed individuals, and provide support that will raise their level of attainment, enabling individuals to develop skills, improve their employment status and to move on to undertake higher levels of training.

Courses

The courses we are providing centre around our CMI Level 3 Awards in First Line Management and our Level 3 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care. For a selection of avenues to complete these qualifications please see the below fact sheets or get in touch with us!
