  • Learner retention rates to 84%
  • Employee satisfaction to  96%

We also plan on gaining new members of staff, renewing our accreditations, and adding extra products and services to our rapidly expanding collection; with this, we hope to increase our annual turnover and net profit margin, and build a strong, sustainable business for our employees and customers.
